Across Pakistan, thousands of Christian families earn their living in brick kilns under extremely difficult conditions. Many have spent generations working long hours for low wages while facing economic hardship, social discrimination, and limited access to education, healthcare, and better employment opportunities. Bonded labor remains a serious concern in parts of Pakistan’s brick kiln industry, disproportionately affecting vulnerable communities, including many Christians.
