The Pakistan International Minority Rights Commission (PIMRC) believes that empowered women are essential to building stronger families, healthier communities, and a more just society. Across Pakistan, many women—particularly those from religious minority and economically disadvantaged communities—continue to face barriers to education, employment, healthcare, and equal opportunities.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT
PIMRC’s Skill Development Program provides women with hands-on training designed to increase confidence, improve employability, and encourage financial independence. SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT
