Mission Statement
The Pakistan International Minority Rights Commission (PIMRC) is an independent, non-governmental organization dedicated to the protection and advancement of the rights, dignity, and equal treatment of religious minorities within the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Our mandate encompasses the identification, documentation, and redress of discrimination, injustice, and persecution, with particular attention to the vulnerabilities faced by the Christian community.
Guided by the leadership and strategic vision of our Chairman, Khaan Junaid Saqib, the Commission endeavors to promote social cohesion, uphold the principles of constitutional equality, and advocate for robust legal safeguards to protect minority communities. We engage in research, policy advocacy, legal assistance, and public awareness initiatives, working collaboratively with governmental bodies, civil society, and international organizations.
Our ultimate objective is the establishment of a just and inclusive society wherein diversity is respected, human rights are universally upheld, and every individual may live free from fear, prejudice, and discrimination.

Vision Statement
Our vision is to ensure the full and equitable implementation of the rights and protections guaranteed to religious minorities under the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan (1973), particularly those enshrined in its provisions on equality, non-discrimination, and freedom of religion. We aspire to foster a legal and social environment where minority communities can live with dignity, security, and equal opportunity, fully participating in the nation’s civic, economic, and political life.
We uphold the fundamental principle of freedom of speech as a cornerstone of democracy and social progress. Recognizing the power of collective advocacy, we actively seek to build strategic alliances with international organizations, human rights institutions, and policymakers worldwide. Through these networks, we aim to create an influential platform—a dedicated lobby for the advancement of Pakistani minorities—that amplifies their voices, addresses systemic challenges, and advances meaningful reforms.
Our ultimate goal is a just, pluralistic, and inclusive Pakistan, where diversity is celebrated, laws are applied without bias, and every citizen—regardless of faith—can enjoy the full spectrum of constitutional rights and human freedoms.
